This is mostly just experimental piece - I do realize that there are mistakes in it but I wanted to try to write something a bit different from what I usually write. And, of course, I wanted to point out that men can be raped, too, and that no matter of what gendder you are, it can be very difficult to actually get people believe you and help you.

And remember, feedback is very much appreciated! :)

The references used:

1. Title is inspired by song by The Doors – The End (“This is the End, beautiful friend; this is the end, my only friend, the end…”)

2. Samuel T. Cogley is actual character from Star Trek: The Original Series. From ‘Court Martial’ episode.

3. “I’m relieved.” Couldn’t stop myself from using Pike’s line from the movie.

4. ‘This lad has changed, I calmed down’ is translation of song Shkarim by Valantis. The whole lyrics can be found here.

5. More info about ‘rape kits

He’s almost asleep at his console after busy night; he had some mighty fine scotch without anyone breathing at his neck and yelling at him for being drunk while on duty. Well, not that this was happening all that much – but better be safe than sorry, right? Being stuck at Delta Vega for six months was enough and no need to repeat it – and he’s quite sure that it would be repeated (if Admiral Archer had any word in it), if he was caught drunk on duty. And be forced to leave this silver beauty, the Enterprise? Unthi

The Seventh Degree

Ever since you set your feet on board of a space ship (all those years ago before today; before you were made to go through hell and before the world as you know was almost at its end), you knew that being in space, in the blackness which took your father and which hides unknown planets and people, friends, allies and enemies.

I love the impact you put into this story it's amazing. Some things were a little off but I cant blame you otherwise the story would be bad. You are talking about "BAD" things in this story. This story makes me curious also. Random things are popping out at this "END". And the rape part kinda scares me. But this is an average everyday human's life now-a-days you dont know when other's can be captured and stolen or even killed. But this is a thing you imagine for your self. You have to imagine that your are that person.. Thank you for a wonderful story!
